Would you like to help to make a difference in the lives of the older people, by helping them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible? Most older people prefer to remain living in their own homes, and by assisting them to complete their day-to-day tasks, you could make that possible. Our services significantly improve the quality of life for our clients, while assisting them to maintain their independence.

You will care for a diverse range of clients and provide assistance with personal, domestic, social and community activities. You are happy to be flexible, to cater for your clients’ range of needs. You have (or will soon complete) a Certificate III in Aged Care Services or equivalent.

Experience working as a Care Worker is advantageous. Empathy with older people is essential. As this opportunity has the freedom and variety of being on the road, you will need a driver’s licence and vehicle (for which you’ll receive a generous allowance).
