The Children’s Contact Service operates at Noarlunga and Mt Barker, for parents who have separated or divorced. It helps children to see both parents without having to cope with ongoing tension between parents.

The Children’s Contact Service provides two services:

• changeovers, where the children move from one parent to the other without the parents having to deal with each other
• supervised contact.

There is a small fee for each service.

Anyone can apply to use the changeover service.

For supervised contact, there must be either a contact order from the Family Court or a formal agreement.

The Children’s Contact Service is completely independent of the Family Court and does not take sides when parents are having disagreements.
