Hope Partners@Work

For less than a cup of coffee a week...

Hope Partners@Work (workplace giving)

If just 1 in 10 of South Australians in the workforce were to donate $1 per week to Anglicare, it would have over $2 million extra
for its emergency relief to those in our own backyard. - * 535,000 ABS Statistics 12/2008

Your employees can become hope partners at work with a regular pledge through their pay. It's easy!

What is Workplace Giving?

Workplace giving is a simple and effective way for employees to regularly donate to Anglicare SA through automated payroll deductions. (please confirm availability via your payroll department). They pledge a nominated amount and that amount is sent directly to us on a regular basis.

What's in it for your employees?

By contributing to a workplace giving pre-tax program, employees receive the benefit of an immediate tax deduction from their [weekly/ fortnightly/monthly] wage. Their donation is received free of cost which means less money is spent on fundraising and more can be used for the actual cause. It also  saves us duplicating processing and receipting costs. Their small gift, even a dollar a week, combined with those of other community-minded employees, makes a significant contribution.

Your company keeps a record across the year and provide details on the employees’ annual payment summary for the amount donated. In a pre-tax workplace giving system employees will have already received the tax benefit throughout the year and don't have to keep receipts.

What's in it for you, the employer?

Employers who make this program available for staff, expand staff choices and allow employees the opportunity to support a variety of good causes in the community, working for positive change. It shows that companies and their employees are recognised as active forces for good in our community.
