Working
with the elderly has been a positive experience. I find
the residents to be fun, encouraging and friendly.
Working in lifestyle means there is a lot of variety and
opportunities to interact with staff and residents. The
managers in Aged Care truly believe in my abilities as
an employee, and encourage continued training to improve
my skills.
