Family Centre Central

This inner north site houses a childcare centre for
75 children, coordinates the Star Bear Program (Loss &
Grief Counselling ), and runs disability support, family
relationship, boarding house outreach and supported
residential services.
Disability Houses
Seven sites in the inner north provide caring,
comfortable environments for 26 young adults with
disabilities.
The Magdalene Centre

A cooperative inner city venture between Anglicare
and St Mary Magdalene’s, St Peter’s Cathedral and St
John’s Halifax Street Anglican parishes, The Magdalene
Centre has been serving the local community with poverty
relief and community development activities for more
than 10 years.
Six paid employees and more than 100 volunteers
connect the church with local people in need in need of
support and assistance.
Wanslea Childcare Centre

Wanslea provides childcare for 90 children in a busy,
fun and professional environment.
Family Centre North
Elizabeth Mission

If you’re familiar with Adelaide community support
programs, you’ll know Elizabeth Mission.
A lively café plus respite, foster care, advocate,
refugee housing, employment, recycling and emergency
assistance services all operate out of this busy,
inspiring and achievement-focused centre.
You can buy your lunch from our excellent café or run
your errands at the nearby shopping centre.
Old Rectory

The Old Rectory provides employment, foster care,
community development, gambling rehabilitation and
emergency assistance services out of a busy, heritage
listed office in Salisbury’s CBD. There’s also a
flourishing op shop on-site.
The Annexe and The Plains Community Place provide
similar services.

Stratfield House

Stratfield House is the home of our Supported
Residential Facilities program, Alternative Care,
Breakaway, Special Youth Carer and Evolution programs.
These include alternative care respite and home-based
foster care programs.
St Hilary’s

Located in the centre of Morphett Vale, St Hilary’s
provides emergency assistance, interest free loans,
Children's Contact Service and a volunteer program.

Located on a prominent corner this office houses the
following programs: Personal Support Program,
Communities for Children, Families in Focus, Positive
Choices, Caravan and Boarding House program, Police Drug
Diversion, Financial Case Management and Alternative
Care After Hours service. Loss and Grief counselling is
also provided from this site.
Family Centre South also runs a school
reintegration program at Kilkenny , Children’s Contact
Service at Mt Barker (TAFE) and Noarlunga in partnership
with the Community Child Care Centre; the Communities
for Children funds programs in Morphett Vale, Hackham,
Hackham West, Christies Beach and Lonsdale, in
conjunction with United Care Wesley.
