Youth Workers

Use your passion and creativity to make a difference in a young person’s life. Our Adolescent Services provide a range of programs assisting children and young people in alternative care (foster care) and as a youth worker you will have opportunities to work across may of our programs.

Working with the team and under guidance and direction from the team leader, you’ll be delivering programmed activities and providing a mentoring service to the young people.

You will have a qualification in Youth Work, have experience in the youth work area, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy for young people from a wide range of backgrounds and the ability to work with some challenging behaviours.
