Services for men

Families in Focus has a dedicated men’s worker who provides advice and support to men in one-to-one and community settings across the southern and western regions of Adelaide.

He can help you to get the most out of your relationships and to improve your parenting skills. The men’s worker is also able to provide strategies to help you deal with life’s challenges, or manage anger and other emotions more effectively.

He can tailor an approach to effectively deal with the issues that matter to you; building on the strengths you already possess to improve your relationships with family and community.

The men’s worker is actively involved in a range of community programs that deal with men’s health and wellbeing, men and relationships, adolescent violence towards parents and the issue of domestic and family violence.

You don’t need to be referred to our Men’s Family and Relationship Services to make an appointment, you can enquire yourself; our aim is to work with you to resolve the issues that affect your life and relationships.
