Loss and GriefAnglicare’s Loss and Grief Centre offers creative services for people experiencing grief from all kinds of losses: bereavement, job losses, accidents… The Centre is run in partnership with Flinders University. It offers services for people dealing with loss, education for students and practitioners working in the field, and opportunities for research. The centre extends a particular invitation to Aboriginal Australians, and people from diverse cultures, who have experienced loss in their lives. The Loss and Grief Centre is based at 184 Port Road, Hindmarsh, and you can call them on 8301 4200. The Star Bear program is a service of the Loss and Grief Centre, for children who are grieving the loss of a parent, sibling or carer.
