Anglicare-SA’s Involvement

Anglicare SA is delivering Money Minded 'facilitator training' for people who will are working in the Community Sector. The training for Money Minded trainers is done in groups.

What is Money Minded?

We all need to be mindful of our money! Money Minded is an adult financial education program which helps people to make informed decisions about the use and management of their money.

Money Minded provides unbiased consumer education and is free of any financial institution’s branding or promotion of any financial institution’s products or services.

Who is Money Minded for?

Money Minded is a free community education program which aims to equip people with the knowledge and skills to successfully manage day-to-day and longer term financial matters.

Every person’s financial circumstances are unique and require a different level of help. Money Minded therefore provides a general program that can be supplemented by more detailed workshops for use by counsellors and participants when considering individuals specific needs.

How does Money Minded work?

When you complete the two-day workshop for 'train the trainer' you will have access to free resources, which are available to download from the website, as required.

You will then have all the tools available so you can facilitate small groups or work with people on a one-on-one basis for their specific needs.
