When you register with our residential aged care waiting list, you give your consent for Anglicare SA to store and use your information. The waiting list enables you to apply for a place in one of our residential care facilities. The information you provide is stored on a secure server by an externally contracted business and can only be accessed by authorised Anglicare SA personnel in residential care facilities and at Head Office. Data within the waiting list will only be used for the following purposes:

• To assess and prioritise applications according to care needs
• To offer placement to applicants.
• To collate summary statistics of the waiting list. Where demographic information is reported on, it will always be in aggregate format so that individuals cannot be identified.

All information is password protected, and may be kept for a period of 7 years. For more information regarding our commitment to Privacy, please read our privacy statement.
