The Archbishop's Appeal

The Archbishop's Appeal has reached its target of $1.3 million for a second home for the frail aged in Adelaide.

The new home has been named The Neal House, to acknowledge the great support for Anglicare shown by our patrons, Sir Eric and Lady Neal.

Sir Eric and Lady Neal, with resident Jack Ridgway, who cut the ribbon at the opening on 16 April.

Ian George Court in Brompton was a brilliant start, but it's only the first chapter.

The new home is for the vulnerable frail aged, who are at risk of homelessness.

The Neal House will give them security, the care they need, and a community to belong to. Most importantly, it will give them a home -- for many, for the first time in their lives.
