Supported Residential Facilities Program

Anglicare's Supported Residential Facilities Program (SRF) is for residents living in Supported Residential Facilities in the north and south of Adelaide.  Clients in the program have been assessed by the Supported Residential Intake and Support Team as having high, complex and unmet needs.

This service assists each individual to establish and reach their own goals in the areas of:

  • Living Skills
  • Financial Management
  • Personal Care
  • Decision making/Problem solving
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Social and Community participation

This is achieved through one on one contact with a Support Worker, group activities and in partnership with other agencies and services.
